Text Box: Meet Chris and Kristy Dowdy, owners of Rapid Bodyworks by Dowdy Motorsports. Chris is the fabricator of all Rapid bodies. He spends many long hours building and cleaning his bodies to perfection. He also is the driver of the # 1 kart. He has been racing since 1999. His wife, Kristy is his biggest fan and supporter. She also runs the financial part of the business.

Text Box: Meet Dustin Dowdy, Chris’s brother. He is the driver of the # 91 kart and 2007 MS Dirt Track Series Stock Lite Champion. He has been racing since 2002. He helps out around the shop when things get hectic.

Text Box: Meet the newest member of our team, Bobby Glynn Bass, Jr., driver of the # 15 kart. He raced in his first race ever in October of 2008. He is really excited about starting next season with his box stock project motor.
